• Check out time should be same as check in time to avoid any late check out fees. ขอแจ้งเวลา check-in check-out โดยเวลาจะนับชนเวลาเป็น 24ชม. เลทได้ไม่เกิน 2ชม. กรณีเกิน 5 ชม. และ 10 ชม. มีค่าเลทคิดตามน้ำหนักตัวครับ
• No ticks or fleas, prevention package, ig. frontline, will need to be applied and charged to the owners accordingly.
• Pets must not have any dermatological or measles disease, please notify staff if your pet has any disease, we reserve the right to reject any pets with such disease.  สัตว์เลี้ยง จะต้องไม่มีโรคติกต่อ โรคผิวหนัง และเป็นหัด โปรดแจ้งพนักงานหากสัตว์เลี้ยงของท่านมีโรคประจำตัว
• For any first time pets, the owner will have to provide proof of vaccinations. กรณีนำสัตว์เลี้ยงมาใช้บริการเป็นครั้งแรก เจ้าของจะต้องนำประวัติการฉีดวัคซีนมาแสดง
• Pets must be fully vaccinated with 3 months or more duration. Pets must be healthy and not contagious. สัตว์เลี้ยงต้องได้รับการฉีดวัคซีนมาอย่างครบถ้วน และมีอายุ 3 เดือนขึ้นไป สัตว์เลี้ยงต้องมีสุขภาพดี ไม่ป่วยหรือเป็นโรคติดต่อใดๆ
• Pets with agressive behaviour will not be allowed งดรับสัตว์เลี้ยงดุ พนักงานไม่สามารถจับตัวสัตว์เลี้ยงได้
• Pets should be bathed before arrival. For cleanliness and good hygiene in living with other pets. สัตว์เลี้ยง ควรอาบน้ำก่อนเข้าพัก เพื่อความสะอาดและสุขอนามัยที่ดีในการอยู่ร่วมกับสัตว์เลี้ยงอื่น ๆ
• The owner will be responsible if their pets behave aggressively, injure any staff or other pets or any damage caused to the property. เจ้าของต้องรับผิดชอบหาก สัตว์เลี้ยงมีพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวทำร้ายเจ้าหน้าที่หรือสร้างความเสียหายต่อทรัพย์สินของสถานที่
• If the owner intentionally left the pet and did not pick up at the scheduled time and we are not able to contact the owner within 48 hours. Pet Hotel Bangkok will take legal actions under the Animal Protection Act and the owner will be fined 10 times from all charges. หากเจ้าของจงใจทิ้ง สัตว์เลี้ยง และไม่มารับตามกำหนด และเราไม่สามารถติดต่อได้ ภายใน 48 ชั่วโมง ทาง Pet Hotel Bangkok  จะแจ้งความดำเนินคดีตาม พรบ คุ้มครองสัตว์ และเจ้าของจะต้องเสียค่าปรับ 10 เท่าจากค่าบริการทั้งหมด

There will be 100% booking fee upon booking the units.

1. Booking made more than 15 days in advance, will require 15 days notice for any cancellation and full refund will be made.
2. Booking made 7 – 15 days in advance, will require 7 days notice for any cancellation and full refund will be made.

All refund will have a surcharge of 5% for the bank transaction and refund will be made within 15 days. Any customers who decide to check out early, there will be no refund or credit for the remaining days.

Pet Hotel Bangkok จะรับจองห้องพักในกรณี เจ้าของสัตว์เลี้ยงชำระมัดจำ 100 % มาแล้วเท่านั้น
เรื่องการคืนเงินในกรณีที่ลูกค้าจองแล้วยกเลิก เราจะคืนถ้าเข้าเงื่อนไขต่อไปนี้

1. กรณีจองห้องพักและชำระเงิน มากกว่า 15 วันขึ้นไป ลูกค้าต้องยกเลิกก่อนวันที่เข้า Check-in 15 วัน
2. กรณีจองห้องพักและชำระเงิน มากกว่า 7 วันขึ้นไป แต่ไมเ่กิน 15 ลูกค้าต้องยกเลิกก่อนวันที่เข้า Check-in 7 วัน

ถ้าอยู่ในเงื่อนไขทั้ง 2 ข้อ สามารถคืนได้ แต่จะโดนหักค่าธรรมเนียม 5% ของยอดที่ชำระไป และจะชำระคืนภายใน 15 วันทำการ , กรณีที่เข้าพักและCheck out ก่อนไม่สามารถคืนเงินได้
